Request product informationCompact, mobile effluent treatment for hematology analyzers
A compact, mobile decontamination unit for the highly concentrated effluent of hematology analyzers. A higher controlled dilution (1:10) precedes treatment by two 95 W UV-C lamps, and the unit fits next to or behind analyzers in space-limited laboratories.
Controlled dilution + UV-C. Level sensors and a solenoid valve control dilution before the effluent passes through dual UV-C treatment chambers.
Analyzer effluent flows by gravity through a check valve into the holding tank while air vents out.
Integrated level sensors and a solenoid valve add water to reach the required dilution ratio.
The UV-C lamps switch on and preheat for optimal disinfection performance.
A pump circulates the effluent through the dual UV-C chambers.
Treated effluent is discharged to an approved drain or sewer connection, subject to local requirements.

Request product informationTRESA H is set up for hematology effluent, which is more concentrated, so it uses a higher 1:10 dilution and treats up to 12 L/h.
Up to two hematology analyzers.
A connection to the analyzer’s effluent line, a water supply for dilution, a 230 V supply and a drainage point.
How 254 nm UV-C inactivates microorganisms in analyzer effluent, and why dilution or filtration comes first.
