What makes hematology effluent different
Hematology analyzer effluent is more concentrated than biochemistry effluent, so it needs a higher dilution to reach the right optical condition before UV-C treatment begins. In Maumee’s analyzer survey, hematology platforms typically produce around 45 to 110 L over an 8-hour day.
TRESA H: high dilution + UV-C
TRESA H is a compact, mobile unit for hematology analyzers. It applies controlled 1:10 dilution, then treats the effluent with two 95 W UV-C lamps, with a capacity of 12 L/h for up to two analyzers.
TRESA CIH for mixed laboratories
Where hematology analyzers sit alongside chemistry and immunoassay analyzers, TRESA CIH can treat the effluent of up to three analyzers in one cabinet, using active-carbon filtration and UV-C.
